In April EU net neutrality laws came into force, requiring internet service providers to “treat all traffic equally”. Earlier this summer the Body of European Regulators of Electronic Communications (BEREC) published draft new guidelines setting out how EU net neutrality rules should be implemented by EU national regulators. However, draft is criticized by think tanks and academics.
